| Dear Sue. Over the last couple of years I have had many dealings with companies who I have paid money to and then struggled to get even the basic level of service from them. How refreshing it has been to deal with yourself and Onelife as a company. Right from the beginning you have been prompt with answering my e-mails and then when you said you were going to send me a new nappy you did exactly as promised and without any delay ...... We have started using the nappies and we have taken to them very well. A good design and nice material, very user friendly. Thank you very much for your help and excellent customer service. | We chose Onelife
for two reasons. The first being that when they were demonstrated
to us at the Baby Show they did seem the best. The second was that
the lady demonstrating to us was by far the most welcoming, friendly
and helpful of the people we saw that day. Babies are new to us so
meeting someone with patience was very nice. I thought I should pass

| Hi I would just like to say how happy I am with One Life nappies. My son is now 10 months old and I have been using the nappies since he was born. They always clean beautifully and still look new. My baby doesn't suffer from nappy rash as I am able change him frequently without the worry of the cost of disposables. I am also environmentally aware and am very glad that I am not adding to the mountains of disposable nappies ending up on landfill. Funnily enough, the nappies were the last thing I managed to purchase, at the London Baby show, because 2 days later I went into labour, 6 weeks early. | Dear Onelife, I just wanted to share with you how pleased we have been and are with the Onelife nappies. Fleur (18 months) has been using them very successfully since she was one month old. We first heard about them at the NEC Baby Show in Birmingham in May 2005, where a lady from Cornwall gave us great advice and shared her experience of them with us. We subsequently heard of them through our Lollipop adviser who again was very complimentary. We have tried other designs of real nappies, but particularly liked Onelife nappies for the following reasons: - One nappy from birth to potty, no need to buy different sizes in between. - Great popper system, easy to use. The baby cannot take them off like Velcro fasteners. - They have one booster pad which can be added. - Great wraps, which are particularly good as you can use different positions for the poppers, therefore making snugger when necessary. They also adjust with the baby growing, as you have four different sizes of wraps. We have never experienced any leaks. - Finally, when washed, they dry really quickly as the booster can come off. They remain soft. We bought the Onelife hamper. What we would have found useful in the very early days, is a leaflet explaining the newborn fold, luckily our Lollipop adviser was able to show us. | Being the Mummy
of Identical Twin Boys, I see my fair share of nappies. My local cloth
nappy distributor recommended that I use Onelife, mainly because the
nappies can be adjusted to fit from baby to toddler and Twins have
a tendency to vary in size. I found using Onelife nappies extremely
easy to use, they fit and wash incredibly well. My husband even loves
them. I'm so glad I went down the reuseable nappy route for both enviromental
and financial reasons. The Twins are 15 weeks old and I'm already

| I have been using
Onelife nappies for approximately 14 months and think they're great!
I used [another brand of] one size nappies for [my first child] and
I was (and still am) happy with them but after years of washing I
have found that the Onelife have stayed softer and I like the attachable
booster in the Onelife whereas with the [other nappies] I had to buy
the boosters as extras and they don't attach! Plus the Onelife booster
is wider. As I was working to a budget I liked the idea of a nappy
that would grow with my babies and have found them very easy to use
and my husband and mum and mum-in-law are all happy to do nappy changes!
The Onelife popper wrap is brilliant and I have not had one leak even

| I chose Onelife
because I liked the idea of a nappy that would last the whole time
my baby was in nappies. My partner was dead against using real nappies
and said if I wanted to do it he would not be doing any of the changing
and washing. He is now the first person to admit how wrong he was,
he was the first one who had to put a nappy on Max when he was born
(the midwife had never seen a real nappy before) and he now proudly
tells everyone who will listen that his son wears real nappies. Max
is now 21 months old and we would not change our Onelife nappies for

| Dear [Onelife] Following our conversation this morning thouhgt I'd send a quick e-mail to state how brilliant Onelife nappies are. Before Maddy was born I knew I wanted to try out re-usable nappies. This choice was for a few reasons. The first being the huge financial cost of disposables, the second - which was equally important to me was the environment. My husband kind of said do whatever you want (he was worried about the cost and the amount of washing) my mum was much more militant and was quite against it (she pulled faces when I mentioned it). Maddy was 5 weeks early and I hadn't been organised enough to buy the real nappies. She spent the first 6 weeks in [a disposable brand]. I'm not sure whether it was a genetic issue or because she was prem but Maddy quickly developed severe exzema. It had started as cradle cap and nappy rash. It was awful because she was such a beautiful baby bit the big red, dry and probably painful patches hid that. I'd read that real nappies could help with exzema and so when she was six weeks old I started to seriously search for the right nappies. I was really nervous about spending that amount of money when I wasn't sure if I had the motivation to do 'all that washing.' I decided on Onelife nappies because they looked easy to use and they suited my budget. I can't believe how easy they are to use. The washing is no problem either (the machine does all the work). I just put the used nappies in a pail (I don't bother to soak them because the liner catches everything) and every 2-3 days I pop them in the washing machine at 40 (if they start to look a bit satined I put them in a 60) and I usually hand wash the wraps. They don't take that long to dry either. The best thing was that Maddy's skin began to heal very soon after I started to use the Onelife nappies. Within 3 days her bottom was a normal colour. My mum was amazed. Maddy is now 9 months old and her exzema is now under control, she needs to have cotton next to her skin which the nappies provide (we also use creams to moisturise). I would say that the Onelife nappies are my best baby buy so far! They're easy to use, I'm now saving money compared to if I had continued to buy disposables and I know I'm helping the environment by not filling landfill. Also, I forgot to say that I'd been worried about the nappies leaking - that hasn't happened (although it did many times when I was using disposables). Even my mum has warmed to the idea. | We are very pleased
with our onelife nappies and wraps. We've been using them with our
daughter for 18 months now - they're still going strong. She seems
very comfortable in them. We've had very few leaks and the times they
did it was my fault for leaving her too long between changes or not
adding an insert. They fit her really well and it's great just being
able to adjust them as we need to. I like the poppers - no chance
of getting caught up with other clothes in the washing machine. The
added polyester stops them going hard when line-dried. My husband
didn't have any problems learning how to use them and the childminder
was also fine. So far my daughter hasn't managed to pull them off
